NH ALBANY — Albany Planning Board approves Frechette subdivision after surveyor corrects acreage discrepancy. Chair Sean Wadsworth led the five-member board in voting unanimously (5-0) to accept the application creating a new Lot 19.1 of approximately 2.65 acres. Surveyor Andrew Fisher, representing Jeffery Frechette, agreed to amend the plan after Vice Chair Morris West raised concerns about acreage totals on the proposed plan.

The board's approval requires the acreage correction before final recording of the new lot.
