NH ALBANY — Planning Board approves subdivision revision, seeks path forward on private road adoption. The Albany Planning Board unanimously approved a revision to a minor subdivision on Map 10 Lot 19. The board also discussed the Chocorua View/Heights subdivision off Drake Hill Road; owner Jonathan Penni requested guidance on town adoption of a private road begun approximately 15 to 20 years ago but never completed.
Members voted to have the town engineer assess road conditions and compliance with town standards, with the developer bearing all costs. Once the road meets town standards, adoption would proceed to Town Meeting.
