NH ALBANY — Zoning board recesses Conway variance hearing pending notification verification. The Conway family, seeking a variance to build a carport and handicap ramp at their 1416 Bald Hill Road property, had the matter recessed when the ZBA could not verify abutter notifications. The carport corner extends approximately five feet into the town's required 25-foot setback.
Members Joe Ferris, Keith Croto, Colleen Cormack, and Rick Hiland voted to recess the hearing to a future date as soon as possible, with alternate Sara Young-Knox abstaining. The ZBA separately appointed Young-Knox as a voting member for the remainder of the variance application process.
