NH ALBANY — Planning Board approves Valley Insulation site plan with pending state approvals. The board voted unanimously to conditionally approve a 60-by-100-foot commercial building with two residential units at 1780 New Hampshire Route 16, represented by Kate Richardson of Bergeron Technical Services for owner Dominic Brown-Gilmore. The approval is contingent on state permits for the driveway and septic system, correction of the site's acreage documentation, and verification of the required 75-foot setback from a neighboring well.

The board also voted unanimously to grant a waiver for buffer-zone regulations to allow an evergreen visual screen in the highway right-of-way.
